UK Shipping
We know that when you shop online you want your order as soon as possible. Choose DHL shipping in the checkout and order before 2pm then you’ll get your stuff the next working day.
Big Stuff! Unfortunately, our Side Panels, Bulkhead Bars, headlinings and longer lengths of Cargo Tracking are too big for DHL to handle. We generally use APC for these orders with delivery times normally 1-2 working days.
We also offer Royal Mail services for smaller parcels. We offer the following services where applicable;
Tracked 24- 99% of parcels are delivered next day if ordered before 3.30pm
Tracked 48- This is Royal Mail's slowest service. It's cheaper but be prepared to wait a few more days for the parcel to arrive.
1st Class- Normally delivered in 1-2 days from the point of order, although that can depend on the service in your area.
Special Delivery- Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm (not guaranteed on Saturday's but still very likely!). Order before 3.30pm to get next day delivery.
We charge the same rate to any UK address, which includes Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland. We do this because we think its unfair to charge more just because you live remotely, lets be honest if we could, we’d live their too. In exchange please be patient if your parcel takes more than one day to arrive.
Rest of the World Shipping 🌍
The good news is we ship to pretty much everywhere (we don’t ship to Russia, sorry!).
We now offer a variety of worldwide shipping options with DHL. Use the checkout to estimate how much it will cost.
In the checkout you will also be asked if you wish to pay for the taxes/duties (if applicable) up front, or when the goods arrive in your destination country.
We generally recommend choosing the DDP option. That means you've paid the duties up front and there will be no extra charges full stop!
If you choose to pay the customs duties when the goods arrive locally then you will be responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. If you decline parcels locally due to customs duty/tax charges then the goods will be returned to ourselves or destroyed. Note this will incur further charges which we will debit from your refund, this can often be more than the original customs charges so we would advise you not to do this. If you have made a mistake with your order/ cannot pay the import duty charges then please get in contact with us and we will try to work out the best way forward for you.
Note: Please don’t ask us to declare your goods as a gift, or to value your items at less than they are worth. We’d love to be able to help you out, but we don’t want to end up in jail!
