Terms & Conditions
and Privacy Policy

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as use of our website and purchase of our products by you means that you agree to them.

Ordering from MUD UK
All items are new and in their original packaging unless otherwise stated. From time to time we may offer bargain ex-display goods or customer returns. Such items will always be clearly described as such, and will not be covered by our usual guarantee.

PRICES
MUD-UK is a VAT registered company. Prices quoted for any item on this website include VAT @ 17.5%. The price you see is the price you pay. All prices shown are plus postage and packaging. Customers from outside the European Union are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but sometimes errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will let you know as soon as possible using the contact details you supplied to us. We will give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.

All products are subject to availability.

If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered we will let you know you as soon as we can. If this happens, you can cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

Any delivery costs shown are for the UK Mainland Only. Delivery Charges to Highlands & Islands, and to International Addresses may vary according to where the order is being delivered and the weight of the items you wish to order. Please contact us for the delivery charge before placing your order.

All orders to International addresses are send by an international mail service. We normally send orders within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. You can expect to receive your items within 3-14 working days after you have placed your order, depending on where the order is being delivered to.

PAYMENT
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or by Switch, Solo or Delta, JCB. We do not accept American Express.

You may also pay by cheque or postal order if you wish.

Credit card transactions will only be processed at time of order if items ordered are held 'in stock and are ready for immediate delivery. In the event of an item being out of stock, credit card details will not be processed until item is in stock and ready for immediate delivery.

Cheques must be drawn on a UK bank in £ Sterling (we do not accept cheques that are in a foreign currency or cheques that are drawn on a non-UK bank).

The prices displayed on our web site are in British Pounds Sterling. You may use the currency converter at www.xe.com to estimate the price of goods in your own currency.

The currency converter is a guide and does not necessarily accurately reflect current exchange rates.

DELIVERY
We can deliver goods to the UK and all destinations worldwide.

We aim to deliver goods to UK addresses as quickly as possible. We often send goods the same day, and most UK orders should arrive within 48 hours.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery or parcels courier. Please be aware that the delivery may be made between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, and that a signature may be required. You can request that a parcel be left with a neighbour, in the shed etc, however,  if we mark a parcel with your additional delivery instructions, the decision  to leave any package  without a signature is down to the delivery driver and something we have no control over.

We make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our web site but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by email. We will do our best to make sure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

RETURNS
We are confident that you will be delighted with your goods, but there may be times when you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted Goods
If you return the product (having taken reasonable care of it, complete with packaging and all components) within 7 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us by email to inform us that you would like to return the goods and we will give you a Returns Code which you should include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible.

Faulty Goods
If you wish to return an item to us which is faulty or one that you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email to let us know and we will arrange a refund, replacement or repair.

In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first and we will allocate you a Returns Code which you should include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible.

We will also advise you how to return the item to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us by Royal Mail First Class Recorded, but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. All goods must be returned in their original packaging or packaged to offer the same level of protection in transit as when it left MUD-UK.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged we will happily arrange for a collection and redelivery as soon as possible. In addition, if we have made a mistake and wrongly described the goods, we will happily make a refund. Please see Cancellation of Contract below. Different products carry different guarantees. We generally offer a swap-out guarantee, and will replace any faulty item. We will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage.

Lost or Damaged Goods  
Our main carriers are Royal Mail. If goods have been damaged or lost in transit, please let us know immediately. We will pass all the relevant documents, such as proof of postage, insurance receipt, etc. to you so that you can make a claim for compensation. We do not pursue insurance claims on your behalf.

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. We are unable to entertain any claims made after 7 days.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We will be responsible for supplying, packaging and sending the goods as described.

We will not be responsible for the goods once they have left our premises.

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use of or your inability to use any product ordered from us.

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use of or your inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.

We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.

You will be responsible for the installation and/or use of any product you order from us. Where applicable, the manufacturer's instructions will guide you through this process. If you are unable to follow the instructions you should seek assistance in the first instance from MUD UK, a friend, colleague or professional.

You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.

We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All rights in the designs, information and photographic images on our website are owned by us. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Additional photographic images on our website remain the sole property of Wayne Mitchelson T/A Xtreme Xposure.

The content on our website may not be used for any purpose other than for browsing and/or ordering from us. Any infringement of our Copyright and/or Intellectual Property will be pursued.

We will use the information that you provide and records of items you order to monitor and improve our service.

Our website contains links to other websites which are not under our control of and are not maintained by us. These links are provided for your convenience only and we are not responsible for the content of those sites.

General
We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

PRIVACY POLICY
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, all credit/debit card information is destroyed securely.

We may keep a record which products you are interested in and which products you order. We also monitor customer browsing patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide.

We will use the information to process orders and to improve our services.

We will not pass on your personal information to third parties unless required to by Law.
