Moderna Business Park is located approximately five miles west of Halifax and two miles east of Hebden Bridge alongside the A646.

Approaching from Halifax on the A646
The Moderna Business Park is clearly signposted as you approach Mytholmroyd. Look out for the entrance to the Business Park (next to 30mph signpost) on the left immediately after the playing fields. Follow the road over the canal bridge and enter the business park. MUD-UK is the second unit on the right next to EPS plant hire.

Approaching from Hebden Bridge on the A646
Go through Mytholmroyd passing the White Lion pub on the left. Continue for approximately ¾ mile passing the entrance to Caldene Business Park on the right. The entrance to Moderna Business Park is immediately after pedestrian crossing. Follow the road over the canal bridge and enter the business park. MUD-UK is the second unit on the right next to EPS plant hire..

Sat Nav users please note
If you're travelling west-to-east along the M62 from the Lancashire side of the Pennines - check the route your Sat-Nav is suggesting. If it's indicating you turn off the M62 at Junction 22 ('Windy Hill' summit), ignore your Sat-Nav. This is not the quickest route! SatNav will lose you in a rabbit warren of narrow country lanes!

Instead we advise you to turn off the M62 at Junction 21 (Milnrow). Follow the signs for Littleborough and pick up signs to Todmorden and then Hebden Bridge.

Alternatively, from Littleborough follow the A58 over Rishworth Moor following the signs for Sowerby Bridge. At the Blackstone Edge summit - take the first left after the White House pub (B6138). Follow the road across the moor before descending into Mytholmroyd. Turn right at the T-junction onto the A646 towards Halifax and then refer to above for further directions.
