Shipping & Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail, UPS, Fed-Ex, Interlink, Parcel Force or a an equal alternative service with tracking and will require a signature. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs (Customers outside of the EU please note you may be liable to pay local taxes depending on the country you live in and the value of your item. Please do not ask us to reduce the value of your goods for shipping purposes).

 We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Please note we only offer a next day delivery service for items ordered by customers in the UK mainland. Unfortuantely customes in Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands, and The Isle of Man will be subject to a two day service at no extra charge.

Privacy & Security

MUD UK knows that you care how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust in us to do    that carefully and sensibly. This notice describes the privacy policy of mudstuff.co.uk.

The information we learn from customers helps us personalise and continually improve your shopping experience. We use the information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us, display content such as customer reviews and recommend merchandise that might be of interest to you. We also use this information to improve our store and platform, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of our website and enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical or other functions on our behalf.

  • Information You Give Us: we receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way.  We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customising future shopping for you, improving our stores, and communicating with you.
  • Automatic Information: we receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many websites, we use "cookies" and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses mudstuff.co.uk or advertisements and other content served by or on behalf of mudstuff.co.uk on other Web sites.
  • Mobile: When you provide us with your telephone number we will only use it for two purposes. 1) To contact you in case of a query, 2) to provide you with up to date parcel tracking from our carriers.
  • E-mail Communications: to help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from mudstuff.co.uk.

MUD-UK does not share information it receives. If you have any concern about privacy at mudstuff.co.uk please email us with a thorough description and we will try to resolve the issue for you. Our business changes constantly and our Privacy Notice will change also.

Returns & Replacements


We are confident that you will be delighted with your goods, but there may be times when you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted Goods
If you return the product (having taken reasonable care of it, complete with packaging and all components) within 7 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us by email to inform us that you would like to return the goods and we will give you a Returns Code which you should include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible.

Faulty Goods
If you wish to return an item to us which is faulty or one that you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email to let us know and we will arrange a refund, replacement or repair.In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first and we will allocate you a Returns Code which you should include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible.We will also advise you how to return the item to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us by Royal Mail First Class Recorded, but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. All goods must be returned in their original packaging or packaged to offer the same level of protection in transit as when it left MUD-UK.In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged we will happily arrange for a collection and redelivery as soon as possible. In addition, if we have made a mistake and wrongly described the goods, we will happily make a refund. Please see Cancellation of Contract below. Different products carry different guarantees. We generally offer a swap-out guarantee, and will replace any faulty item. We will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or by Switch, Solo or Delta through Sagepay. We also accept payment through Paypal. We do not accept American Express.The prices displayed on our web site are in British Pounds Sterling. You may use the currency converter at www.xe.com to estimate the price of goods in your own currency. The currency converter is a guide and does not necessarily accurately reflect current exchange rates.
