Secruity Hinges & Hi-Lift Jack Mount
These fabricated stainless steel hinges have been designed to counter the current Defender Puma Bonnet theft epidemic. Once the hinges are fitted, the bonnet can no longer be simply lifted from the vehicle
The Hinges are supplied in a bare stainless steel finish ready to be painted. The hinge features a POM (Polyoxymethylene) insert and is supplied with stainless steel fasteners. Security fasteners are also available as an option to add an additional level of protection.
Another feature of the hinge design is the provision for the fitting of an optional High-Lift jack mount. The Jack drops into place and is secured to the bracket.

Just been contacted by the One Show production team who after seeing pictures of a Death Valley trip we did on our website were seeking to recruit local drivers and vehicles to help move their film crew around Death Valley. All expenses paid plus vehicle hire rate. Alas try as I might I don’t think I could get my 110 to the US by the weekend!

During some down-time in his busy schedule our friend Mike came up with this must-have designer wrist wear, perfect for lovers of shiny things kept in expensive big red tool boxes.

Before you head off to your tool box and start to hammer that £50.00 13mm spanner around your wrist, Mike has some tips if you fancy creating something similar yourself. A regular polished chrome spanner just won’t work. What you need is a spanner from Snap-on’s Industrial finish range. They’re the plain black spanners you see in the catalogue that chances are, you’ll have to get your freindly Snap-on man to order in especially for you. The good news is, they’re cheaper than the shiny ones!

Once you’ve got the spanner glowing red hot, you’ll need to find something wrist sized to wrap the spanner around. Preferably have to this to hand BEFORE firing up the gas axe!

Once bent to shape, take the finished article to a polishing company with a sense of humour. You can guarantee it’ll be the first time they’ll have done anything like it.

Once complete you won’t fail to impress every female you ever meet….

PS. Mike tells us he likes to compliment this exclusive piece with his stainless steel nut and bolt cufflinks… M6 button heads are the perfect size for most shirts…so we’re told!
