Td5 Dashboard Fascia Plates

Our range of MUD Td5 Dashboard Fascia Plates solve the problem of how to fit extra switches or accessories into the late model (2002-2007) Td5 dashboard console. By shifting the positioning of the radio/CD head-unit downwards this creates additional mounting room above the radio/CD whilst at the same time retaining an OE appearance. The MUD Td5 Fascia Plate is available in three variations.
The fascia plates screw onto the fascia of the Td5 dashboard.
DIN Mount and Carling 6-switch gang mount. Supplied with Carling 6-Switch Gang mounting frame.
Single DIN Blank space above the DIN mounting allows you to fit accessories above the Radio/CD player, i.e. auxiliary gauges, etc. Please Note: Single DIN Panel is not supplied with holes for gauges.
Blank Td5 Facia Plate Blank panel allows you to create a customised dash mounting, e.g. 7in screen


The Td5 Fascia Plates are finished in a textured powdercoat that mimics the finish on the original console. Each Fascia Plate is supplied with fixings.

Some cutting of the original console will be required below the red line as illustrated in the picture above. IMPORTANT NOTE: The length of the auxiliary switches and their wiring connectors, especially the Hazard warning light switch restricts what can be fitted into the top section of the Td5 Fascia Plate. This is why we don't offer a Double/Twin DIN option.
