MUD Centre Switch Panel£8.20 inc VAT Available in a choice of three pre-cut panel layouts the MUD Centre Switch Panel replaces the standard dashboard centre panel to offer a quick and easy solution for mounting extra switches and power sockets into the Defender dashboard.
Each MUD Centre Switch Panel is supplied in a textured black powder coat finish designed to compliment the standard dashboard trim while retaining a factory appearance.
The MUD Centre Panel allows you to add extra switches and/or additional power sources to your dashboard while the textured satin black finish maintains that factory look to the interior.
Options B & C use our superior Heavy-Duty 12v sockets. The Heavy-Duty 12v sockets offer a superior locking action to ensure a failsafe power source. We recommend the Heavy-Duty 12v sockets for prolonged off-road and expedition use.
Each panel is power coated on both sides. The double-sided function of the panel means by flipping the panel over, the installer can locate the rear wash-wiper control so that it's closest to the driver. The cut-out for the rear wash wipe has the correct flat to prevent the RWW control from turning.
The switch panel cut-outs will accommodate the popular 30mm x 20mm sized aftermarket rocker switches. We can supply the correct size from our E-Switch range.
The size of switches the MUD Switch panels will accept has been carefully selected to match the size of the factory switches that control the hazard warning lights, rear fog lights and interior light in Defenders. This allows you the option to relocate these three switches into the centre of the dashboard where they're far more accessible.
