DefenderVENT

DefenderVENT's are an injection moulded replacement for the standard windscreen demister vents in the Land Rover Defender.

Contained within each DefenderVENT is an additional outlet that channels warm air away from the screen vent to mini vents located in the ends of the dashboard.

No longer do you have to demist your Defender side windows with the back of your hand or your sleeve!

DefenderVENT will quickly demist Defender side windows and keep them clear. When fitted the DefenderVent provides a discreet appearance that could easily be mistaken for an OE fitment.

Outlet channels air to mini-vents to demist Defender side windows.

The width of the DefenderVENT's outlet is larger than standard Land Rover vents for more efficient windscreen demisting.

DefenderVENT replaces standard vent and provides air to the side windows

DefenderVENT is suitable for DIY installation with the minimum of tools. A 22mm hole-saw is recommended for cutting the holes for the mini-vents in the dashboard end panels.

  • 2 x DefenderVENTS
  • 2 x mini-vents

DefenderVENT complete kit

Fitting time approximately 3-hours.

Fits Land Rover Defender 90/110, 130 models after 1989 (VIN 453192) up to 2006.

Note: Land Rover has fitted two different widths of screen demister vents to Defenders - Wide and Narrow. The narrow vents were only fitted to early 90 & 110 models therefore DefenderVent will fit the majority of vehicles.

 DefenderVENT vent detail

Wide vents measure 305mm.

Narrow vents measure 205mm.

DefenderVENT is designed as a replacement for the more common wide vents.

If you know your Land Rover is a 'bitsa' or hybrid we recommend you measure the existing windscreen vent outlets in your dash to see whether DefenderVENT is compatible with your vehicle.
