Land Rover Defender ISO Stereo Wiring Adaptor Lead

Essential kit when replacing the factory Defender stereo with an aftermarket head unit. The Land Rover Defender stereo wiring adaptor lead connects the Defender's factory wiring loom to the standard ISO style connector fitted to all aftermarket head units. No more cutting and joining of wires. Our leads offer a plug and play solution.

We offer two different types of Land Rover Defender ISO Stereo Wiring Adaptor Lead. You will need to remove the existing head unit to find out which adaptor lead you require. 

We can supply Land Rover Defender ISO Stereo Wiring Adaptor' to suit both type of head unit socket. Please CHECK to confirm which you require before ordering. The two different types of socket on the back of Land Rovers head units are visually very different. See below.

Speaker Spacer Rings

MUD-UK Speaker spacer rings are designed to accept 100mm/4in diameter speakers. The 100mm/4in diameter speaker is a common compact speaker size and the same size as that found in the factory stereo set-up in a Land Rover Defender.
MUD-UK offers two sizes of speaker spacer - Deep and Shallow.

The shallow spacer ring is 14mm deep. The  shallow spacer rings are suitable for fitting into the lower portion of the Land Rover Defender dashboard and will prevent the rear of the speakers from fouling on the wiper motor on pre Td5 model vehicles.  The shallow spacer rings are also useful for creating extra room behind the speaker when fitting speakers into popular non-factory locations where space is as a premium such as in the headlining and above the rear door.

Speaker Wire

Twin core (12/0.20mm) speaker wire. Useful when you want to run one continuous length of speaker wire from your head unit to rear mounted speakers in a Defender. We will cut the wire to your preferred length.
